Sterilization/Lab Assistant

About the role

Join our growing team at DN Orthodontics as a Sterilization and Lab Assistant. Your primary responsibilities include cleaning, sterilizing, and preparing equipment and working areas according to strict protocols, providing patient care instructions, performing laboratory procedures under the supervision of the Orthodontist, uploading records to patient software, and assisting in local store marketing and community events.

Responsibilities

• Clean, sterilize, and prepare equipment and working areas in accordance with sterilization/disinfection protocols
• Keep chairs clean, stocked, and organized
• Provide patient care instructions
• Perform laboratory procedures under the general supervision of the Orthodontist
• Upload records to patient software
• Assist in Local Store Marketing and community events
• Cross-train in other support positions as necessary

Requirements

High School Diploma or equivalent required. Some dental/orthodontic industry experience is helpful, but not required.
