Cleanliness and Preparation
- Clean, wash, inspect, and prepare glassware, stainless steel utensils, compounding equipment, and reusable materials
- Operate dishwashers, glassware washers, autoclaves, and other sterilization equipment according to established procedures
- Prepare equipment and materials for sterilization, packaging, labeling, storage, and production use
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies, sterilization materials, and consumables
- Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout production, laboratory, storage, and support areas
Supporting Production
- Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout production, laboratory, storage, and support areas
- Stage clean and sterilized equipment and materials to support daily production schedules
- Assist with assembling compounding kits, utensils, and production materials
- Follow all applicable SOPs, USP , USP , USP , and company quality standards
Quality Assurance
- Monitor sterilization cycles and maintain accurate documentation and sterilization logs
- Support internal audits, inspections, investigations, and quality initiatives
- Report equipment malfunctions, safety concerns, or quality issues promptly
Waste Management
- Dispose of waste materials according to established company procedures
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Ability to follow written procedures and maintain accurate documentation
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Basic computer skills for documentation and recordkeeping
- Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and stand for extended periods
- Ability to wear required PPE, including gloves, gowns, masks, and eye protection
Preferred Requirements
- Associate degree or technical training in science, healthcare, manufacturing, or a related field
- Previous experience in a pharmacy, laboratory, manufacturing, healthcare, food production, or sterile processing environment
- Experience operating autoclaves or sterilization equipment
- Familiarity with USP , USP , and USP standards
- Experience supporting quality systems, inspections, or regulated environments
