About the role
The Sterility Assurance Technician is responsible for ensuring that all products meet sterility standards.
Responsibilities
- Perform sterility testing on medical devices and pharmaceuticals to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Prepare and maintain sterile environments using appropriate equipment and techniques.
- Document all testing procedures and results accurately in accordance with company policies and regulations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues related to product sterility.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as microbiology, chemistry, or engineering.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Knowledge of sterility assurance practices and ISO standards.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Qualifications
- Valid driver’s license.
- Willingness to travel up to 20% of the time.
