We need to output HTML fragment with sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections if posting has real specific content. Let's parse the posting. We have: - Department 37719 Hugh Chatham Memorial Hospital - Sterile Processing Services - Status Full time - Benefits Eligible Yes - Hours Per Week 40 - Schedule Details/Additional Information Monday -Friday 1200-2030 plus on-call - Pay Range $20.80 - $31.20 - EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE: High School diploma or GED equivalent with two years' experience in Sterile Processing. - LICENSURE, CERTIFICATION, and/or REGISTRATION: Certification as a Certified Sterile Processing and Distribution Technician (CSPDT), or other sterile processing certification required. Certification in Sterile Processing Management strongly encouraged within three years of hire. - ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: list 1-10. - SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS: list abilities. - WORK ENVIRONMENT: list exposures. - PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: weird table. - Our Commitment To You Advocate Health offers a comprehensive suite of Total Rewards: benefits and well-being programs, competitive compensation, generous retirement offerings, programs that invest in your career development and so much more – so you can live fully at and away from work, including: ... (list) - About Advocate Health (description) - Responsible for the cleaning, assembling, packaging, maintenance, and sterilization of surgical instruments, supplies and equipment. Responsible for the daily checking of the autoclaves to insure proper function. Works with other department staff members to provide the necessary equipment, instruments, and supplies for posted procedures. We need to remove boilerplate: cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning, duplicated lines, application instructions. The "Our Commitment To You" includes benefits description; we can include Benefits section with that content. Also Pay and Schedule sections we have specific info. We need to decide sections: - About the role: maybe a brief description of role? Could use the paragraph about responsibilities? Actually "Responsible for the cleaning..." could be role summary. Could put under About the role. - Responsibilities: the essential functions list (1-10). Also maybe the extra responsibilities paragraph. - Requirements: Education/Experience and Licensure/Certification. - Qualifications: maybe same as Requirements? But we can separate: Qualifications could be skills/qualifications list (abilities). However the instruction says use sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. So we need to map content accordingly. We have: - Education/Experience: High School diploma or GED equivalent with two years' experience in Sterile Processing. (Requirements) - Licensure/Certification: Certification as CSPDT required; Sterile Processing Management certification encouraged. (Requirements or Qualifications) - Essential Functions: list of duties (Responsibilities) - Skills/Qualifications: abilities list (Skills) - Work Environment: maybe could be part of Qualifications? But not a standard section; we could include under Qualifications or maybe under About the role? But we should not invent sections not listed. We could incorporate work environment details into Qualifications or Skills? Probably better to put under Qualifications as additional details. - Physical Requirements: maybe also Qualifications. - Benefits: from "Our Commitment To You" includes benefits description. - Pay: Pay Range $20.80 - $31.20 - Schedule: Hours Per Week 40; Schedule Details Monday-Friday 1200-2030 plus on-call. We need to avoid filler like "commensurate with experience". Not present. We must not repeat job title as heading. Not include Job ID. We must not include boilerplate like "About Advocate Health" maybe that's okay as About the role? Actually "About Advocate Health" is company description, not role. Could be omitted as boilerplate? It's not EEO but it's generic company info. Might be considered boilerplate? The instruction: remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. "About Advocate Health" is not explicitly listed but could be considered boilerplate? It's generic company description; maybe we can keep as part of About the role? But the instruction says "Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones." So we could combine company description into About the role? However About the role should be about the role, not company. But we could include a brief description of the role from the responsibilities paragraph. Better to omit the "About Advocate Health" paragraph as it's not specific to the role. Also the final paragraph about responsibilities duplicates essential functions? It's similar but we can keep as part of Responsibilities. Thus sections: - About the role: maybe a short paragraph summarizing role: "Responsible for the cleaning, assembling, packaging, maintenance, and sterilization of surgical instruments, supplies and equipment. Responsible for the daily checking of the autoclaves to insure proper function. Works with other department staff members to provide the necessary equipment, instruments, and supplies for posted procedures." - Responsibilities: list of essential functions (1-10) as
  • . - Requirements: Education/Experience and Licensure/Certification combined. - Qualifications: maybe we could merge Skills/Qualifications and Work Environment and Physical Requirements into Qualifications? But we have a separate Skills section. So we can put abilities list under Skills. Qualifications could be empty? Better to not create empty sections. So we could treat Qualifications as same as Requirements? But we already have Requirements. Maybe we can put Licensure/Certification under Qualifications and Education/Experience under Requirements. Let's decide: Requirements: Education/Experience (High School diploma or GED equivalent with two years' experience in Sterile Processing). Qualifications: Licensure/Certification (CSPDT required, Sterile Processing Management certification encouraged). Skills: Ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 25 pounds, work with computer programs such as Excel, order instruments via PeopleSoft. We could also include Work Environment and Physical Requirements under Skills or Qualifications? But they are not skills. Could be omitted? The instruction says preserve ALL substantive information; do not invent or summarize away detail. So we need to keep Work Environment and Physical Requirements info. Where to put? Could be under Qualifications as additional details, but that may stretch meaning. Perhaps we can create a section "Working Conditions" but not allowed; only allowed headings are the listed ones. So we must fit them into one of those headings. The closest is "Qualifications" maybe includes physical requirements? Or "Skills" includes abilities. Work environment could be under "Qualifications" as well. But we risk misrepresenting. However we must not create new headings. So we need to embed them somewhere. We could add a

under Qualifications that includes both licensure/certification and work environment/physical requirements. That would preserve all info. Similarly, Skills section can contain the abilities list. Thus: - About the role: paragraph summarizing role. - Responsibilities: essential functions list. - Requirements: Education/Experience. - Qualifications: Licensure/Certification + Work Environment + Physical Requirements. - Skills: Abilities list. - Benefits: from Our Commitment To You. - Pay: Pay Range. - Schedule: Hours Per Week and Schedule Details. We must ensure we don't include filler like "Benefits Eligible Yes" maybe we can incorporate into Benefits section. Let's extract Benefits text: "Our Commitment To You Advocate Health offers a comprehensive suite of Total Rewards: benefits and well-being programs, competitive compensation, generous retirement offerings, programs that invest in your career development and so much more – so you can live fully at and away from work, including: Compensation Base compensation listed within the listed pay range based on factors such as qualifications, skills, relevant experience, and/or trainingPremium pay such as shift, on call, and more based on a teammate's jobIncentive pay for select positionsOpportunity for annual increases based on performance Benefits And More Paid Time Off programsHealth and welfare benefits such as medical, dental, vision, life, and Short- and Long-Term DisabilityFlexible Spending Accounts for eligible health care and dependent care expensesFamily benefits such as adoption assistance and paid parental leaveDefined contribution retirement plans with employer match and other financial wellness programsEducational Assistance Program Note: Eligibility for programs listed above may depend on your FTE or status (e.g., full-time, part-time, per diem, temporary, etc.); please ask a Recruiter for more information during an interview." We need to keep that as Benefits section. Pay: "$20.80 - $31.20" Schedule: "Hours Per Week 40" and "Schedule Details/Additional Information Monday -Friday 1200-2030 plus on-call". Combine. Now produce HTML. We must not include markdown fences. Just raw HTML. Let's craft:
