Scope of work
The Surgical Technologist is responsible for preparing the surgical suite, handling instruments, maintaining the sterile field, evaluating changing conditions during procedures, and responding appropriately. They must maintain knowledge of surgical procedures and principles related to those procedures.
Qualifications
- Associate's Degree in Surgical Technology or equivalent (Successful Completion of an Accredited School of Surgical Technology)
- Surgical Technologist Experience (Clinical rotations count as experience)
