Sterile Processing Manager

Qualifications

Education:

• Associate's degree.
• In lieu of an Associate's degree, 10 years of leadership experience (supervisor or above) in Sterile Processing may be accepted.

Preferred Education:

• Bachelor's degree.

Required Experience:

• 3-5 years: Experienced in TJC standards for sterile processing, quality improvement programs, provision of sterile reusable supplies, assembly of surgical instrument trays, reusable linen packs and patient care equipment to patient care areas or comparable experience in an acute care setting.

Supervision:

• Supervisory responsibility of approximately 25 employees.

Budgetary Responsibility:

• Responsible for annual budget of $2,000,000.00.
