What You’ll Do

• Prepare and assemble medical and surgical supplies, instruments, and equipment with advanced skill and expertise.
• Ensure compliance with sterilization and decontamination protocols.
• Maintain the sterile processing areas.
• Support department operations by performing quality assurance tasks.
• Serve as a resource to junior staff.
• Contribute to process improvements in sterile processing services.
