About the RoleSouthend Pharmacy is seeking a detail-oriented Sterile Pharmacy Technician to support sterile compounding operations in a Full-Time capacity. This role is critical to maintaining compliance, quality, and patient safety standards within the pharmacy.Work Schedule 7 Days On / 7 Days OffShift Days Wednesday–TuesdayWednesday and Thursday: 10-hour shiftsFriday–Sunday: 12-hour shiftsMonday and Tuesday: 10-hour shifts ResponsibilitiesPerform sterile compounding with precision and adherence to protocolsEnsure accurate and timely medication preparation and distributionMaintain proper documentation and organization of medication recordsMonitor inventory levels and replenish supplies as neededSupport compliance with all regulatory and safety standards QualificationsActive Registered Pharmacy Technician (CPhT) license in good standing with the Texas State Board of Pharmacy (TSBP)Minimum 1+ years of recent experience in sterile compounding environmentsCurrent IV Sterile Compounding Certification (e.g., ACPE-accredited sterile compounding certification) Required SkillsAbility to work required PRN schedule and maintain flexibility Preferred SkillsSouthend Pharmacy does not provide employment visa sponsorship now or in the future.Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for current or future sponsorship.
