Must be able to walk long distances and be able to lift up to 25 pounds. Shift Tuesday through Saturday 7:30-4. Job Summary Collecting, sorting, scanning and indexing patient medical records. Quality checks the scanned documentation to ensure it is indexed to the correct patient, document type and level. Forwarding errors to team lead for correction. Provides SWAT scanning support for clinics. Management and processing of fax queues and work queues. Troubleshoots and problem solves scanning and technical patient chart issues. Retrieving all available charts for completion Skills / Knowledge / Abilities Attention to detail, strong interpersonal skills, strong computer and communication skills, customer service skills Does this position have supervisory responsibilities?
