About the role
Meet All Stylists is seeking a Lead Stylist and Senior Color Specialist.
Responsibilities
- Lead the styling and color services at the salon
- Work closely with senior stylists and color specialists to provide exceptional client experiences
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business
- Train and mentor junior stylists and color specialists
- Contribute to salon marketing efforts
Requirements
- At least 15 years of professional hairstyling experience
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Passion for providing exceptional customer service
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Hair Design or related field preferred
- Professional hairstyling certification
- Experience with various hair types and cutting techniques
- Knowledge of color theory and application
