About the role
We are seeking a qualified Inpatient Nurse (PCU/Step-Down/Tele RN) to deliver high-quality patient care in a fast-paced hospital setting.
Responsibilities
- Assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care tailored to individual needs
- Managing cardiac, hypertensive, and insulin infusions, interpreting cardiac rhythms, and supporting patients with advanced respiratory therapies like BiPAP and high-flow oxygen
- Collaborating effectively with interdisciplinary teams and virtual communication platforms
- Caring for critically ill and ventilated patients, supporting stabilization and transfer processes
- Performing lab tests, admissions, discharges, and ensuring patient safety and confidentiality
- Adhering to infection control, legal, and institutional policies
Qualifications
- Associate’s Degree or Nursing Diploma (Bachelor’s preferred)
- Current RN license without sanctions
- Minimum of 2 years RN experience in Telemetry/ICU or related healthcare roles
- Current BLS and ACLS certifications; PALS preferred
- Fluent in English with excellent communication skills
- Clearances as required by state regulations
