About the Role
As a STEM specialist fluent in German, you will challenge advanced language models on real-world STEM problem-solving scenarios and theoretical technical questions. Your responsibilities include verifying factual accuracy and logical soundness, capturing reproducible error traces, and suggesting improvements to prompt engineering and evaluation metrics.
Responsibilities
- Challenge advanced language models on topics like thermodynamics, mechanics, calculus, statistics, materials science, electronics, algorithm design, and quantitative modeling.
- Verify factual accuracy and logical soundness of model responses.
- Capture reproducible error traces and document failure modes.
- Suggest improvements to prompt engineering and evaluation metrics.
Requirements
- A bachelor’s or master’s degree in a STEM discipline is ideal.
- Published research, engineering design experience, data analysis projects, or coding portfolios are preferred.
- Clear, metacognitive communication skills are essential.
Qualifications
- Expertise in mathematics, physics, chemistry, engineering, data science, computer science, and scientific computing.
- Fluency in German.
