Responsibilities

Qualifications

  • Must be at least 16 years old
  • Passion for STEM, technology, education, or youth development
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Reliable and dependable
  • Experience working with youth is a plus

Schedule & Location

  • This part-time position runs from September 2026 through June 2027.
  • September includes paid onboarding and training, with student programming beginning in October.
  • Instructors typically work 8-20 hours per week and may be assigned to one or more program sites throughout Greater Lowell.

Hiring Process

  • Qualified candidates will participate in a phone screening followed by an interview with program leadership.
  • Final candidates must successfully complete required pre-employment screenings, including a CORI/SORI background check and drug screening.

Salary

$20 - $30 per hour
