STEM Domain Expert - Fully Remote | Upto $80/hr

This is a remote, contract position with compensation of $55–$80/hour.

Responsibilities

• Contribute subject matter expertise to a cutting-edge project with state-of-the-art large language models.
• Create high-quality data by developing difficult problems in your domain.
• Evaluate and improve AI model performance through rigorous testing and feedback.
• Collaborate with AI research teams to enhance training data quality.
• Work independently and asynchronously to meet project deadlines.

Requirements

• PhD or advanced degree (or equivalent industry experience) in Medicine, Healthcare, Statistics, Data Science, AI/ML Research, Computer Science, Game Development, or Mechanical/Aerospace Engineering.
• High attention to detail.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

Interview Process

• Complete a short interview and task (20–30 mins).
• Paid onboarding time includes this and a few onboarding videos if hired.
