Stellvertretender Lagerleiter (m/w/dk.A.)

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with customers via telephone and email
• Record goods movements and inventory levels in the merchandise management system and SAP
• Organize and coordinate transports to customers
• Act as deputy to the warehouse manager during their absence, taking over operational control of the warehouse area
• Serve as the contact person for warehouse staff during deputy phases (e.g., for questions about processes, orders, and priorities)
• Support technical feasibility studies and planning for special warehouse projects

Requirements

• Completed vocational training in warehouse logistics, freight forwarding/logistics, or a related field
• Several years of professional experience in warehouse logistics, ideally in heavy goods/industrial sectors
• Proficient in using warehouse management or ERP systems, as well as MS Office
• Forklift license and experience operating industrial trucks (including handling heavy or bulky goods)
• Structured, independent, and responsible work approach
• Organizational talent, assertiveness, and teamwork skills
• Strong communication skills and a service-oriented mindset toward internal "customers" (construction sites, projects)
• High level of commitment, reliability, and flexibility
