Responsibilities

• After-sales support (processing spare parts orders, planning/organizing/handling customer service assignments)
• Order management and order processing
• Monitoring goods inbound and outbound
• Inventory management and stock control
• General administrative tasks

Requirements

• Fluent English skills
• Several years of experience in order/project business, ideally in customer service
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Experience with inventory management software
• Ability to work independently
