Steel Production Associate

Responsibilities
- Operate equipment such as cranes and forklifts
- Move, stage, and handle materials safely
- Package, band, and weigh steel products
- Load and unload materials from machines
- Perform quality checks and help solve production issues
Requirements
- Must-have: Ability to read a tape measure and perform basic math, comfortable with physical, repetitive work (lifting up to 50 lbs), reliable attendance and strong work ethic, flexibility to work off-shifts (afternoon/night), reliable transportation (site is not accessible by public transit)
- Nice-to-have: Manufacturing or industrial experience, experience operating equipment or tools
Benefits
- Starting pay $20/hour
- Shift differential +$1.50/hour
- Quarterly attendance bonus (up to $1,250/year)
- Quarterly profit sharing
- Overtime 1.5x pay, double time after 48 hours

Schedule
- Training is completed on day shift (7am-3pm) for 90 days.
- Then you will be moved to our hybrid night shift.
- Shifts are 8 hours and include a paid lunch break.
