The Varsity Tutors Live Learning Platform connects thousands of students nationwide with online STEAM Innovation tutors. As a tutor, you’ll enjoy flexibility in setting your own schedule, competitive pay, and the opportunity to impact students’ learning journeys—all remotely from home.

Responsibilities
- Provide personalized 1-on-1 online tutoring to students.
- Accept on-demand tutoring requests when available (Instant Tutoring).
- Deliver clear, engaging, and adaptive instruction tailored to individual learning styles.
Requirements
- Strong communication skills and a friendly, engaging teaching style.
- Expertise in STEAM Innovation and the ability to explain concepts clearly.
- Ability to personalize lessons and adapt to different learning styles.
- Priority given to candidates with tutoring experience, teaching experience, or graduate-level education.
