Job Summary
Come guide our little ones in Stay and Play while parents/guardians are in the building!
Responsibilities
- Delivers excellent service to members and their children
- Supervises and nurtures children and tend to their basic needs
- Helps children explore interests, develop talents and build self-esteem
Qualifications
- Fun, engaging, welcoming and nurturing
- Early/Punctual and Reliable
- Takes being a role model seriously, leading by example
- Creative and Innovative
- Ability to thrive in loud, disordered environment
- Ability to have challenging conversations, such as those required to communicate with parents, or to mediate conflict amongst peers (including willingness to speak up)
