- Become familiar with all tooling and equipment.
- Wind, block, band, mix resin, clean, braze, insulate and set-up for heat cycle (GVPI).

Requirements
- High school education or equivalent.
- Prefer to have a candidate with 4 or more years of industrial-mechanical experience.
- Proficiency with shop tools and ability to use precision measuring equipment.
- Basic math skills. Ability to read, write, and complete simple forms.
- Operator must be able to be fit to wear a respirator.
- Must be able to obtain a fork truck license.
