Stationary Engineer - Facilities

Essential Job Functions

• Operate engines, boilers, and auxiliary equipment.
• Read gauges, meters, and charts to track boiler operations.
• Maintain boiler water, chemical, and fuel levels.
• Activate valves to adjust water, air, and fuel in boilers.
• Use feed or oil pumps as required.
• Inspect equipment to ensure efficient operation.
• Check safety devices regularly.
• Record data and keep logs of operation, maintenance, and safety activity.
