Station Manager, RSR
for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). So we should map content to these headings where appropriate. We have: - About Amazon (company description) could go under "About the role"? Actually "About the role" is about the position. But we have description of role in first paragraph: "This position qualifies for a $15,000 internal launch bonus..." plus training etc. Also "About Amazon" is company overview. Could be part of "About the role" or separate "About Amazon". But instruction says use those example headings; we can include "About the role" and put relevant info about the role (including launch bonus, training, etc). Could also include "About Amazon" as a paragraph under that? Might be okay. - Responsibilities: "Key job responsibilities" list. - Requirements: Could combine Basic Qualifications and maybe eligibility requirements? But "Requirements" maybe for basic qualifications. We'll have a section "Requirements" for basic qualifications. - Qualifications: Could be "Preferred Qualifications". Or we could have "Qualifications" for both basic and preferred? But instruction says use headings as needed; we can have "Requirements" for basic qualifications, and "Preferred Qualifications" as a separate heading? The list includes "Preferred Qualifications". We could treat that as "Qualifications" heading with subpoints? But better to follow examples: they gave "Qualifications" as a possible heading. So we can have a section "Qualifications" that includes both basic and preferred? But they said "Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones." So maybe combine basic and preferred into "Qualifications". However we need to preserve all info; we can list basic qualifications and preferred qualifications under that heading. - Benefits: we have details about benefits: health insurance, 401(k) matching, paid time off, parental leave, etc. Also mention of sign-on payments and RSUs. Also mention of launch bonus? That's more like Pay/Bonus. Could be under "Pay". The instruction: include Pay section only if posting actually states them. We have base salary range and mention of sign-on payments and RSUs, plus launch bonus. So we can have a Pay section. - Schedule: we have "Work a flexible schedule (weekends and/or overnight shifts)" and also "Work a flexible schedule/shift/work area, including weekends, nights, and/or holidays". So we can have Schedule section. We must not include headings with filler like "commensurate with experience". We have actual data. We must not include duplicated lines. Ensure we don't repeat same info. We need to strip boilerplate: EEO statement, accommodations link, etc. Also remove "Amazon is an equal opportunity employer..." etc. Also remove "If the country/region you’re applying in isn’t listed, please contact your Recruiting Partner." Also remove "Learn more about our benefits at https://amazon.jobs/en/benefits." (that's a link but it's part of benefits description; maybe we can keep the description but drop the URL? The instruction: remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. The benefits link might be considered navigation? It's a link to learn more; could be considered application instruction? Safer to remove the URL but keep the description of benefits. However the sentence "Learn more about our benefits at https://amazon.jobs/en/benefits." is basically a call to action; could be considered application instruction. I'd remove that sentence entirely. Also remove "USA, WA, PORT ANGELES - 91,000.00 - 136,500.00 USD annually" is pay info; we keep that. Also remove "Company - Amazon.com Services LLC Job ID: A10411529". Remove Job ID and company line? The instruction: do NOT put Job ID / requisition numbers as headings — fold minor metadata into a short
or drop it. So we could include a short paragraph with company name maybe, but it's minor metadata. Could drop it. Safer to drop it. Also remove "About Amazon Our Worldwide Operations network delivers..." that's substantive about company; we can keep under About the role or a separate About Amazon section but not in examples. Could incorporate into About the role. Now craft HTML. Structure:
