Job Title: Station Leader (Player-Coach) – Detroit, MIPay: $80,000 per year + Monthly Bonus Opportunities up to 20% SkyHop Global is a national leader in airline crew transportation, operating 24/7/365 across major U.S. markets. As we expand into Detroit, we are looking for a hands-on Station Leader who is ready to build, lead, and grow a high-performing team from the ground up. This is a player-coach role—you won’t just manage the operation, you’ll be in it. Expect to spend approximately 50% of your time driving, leading by example, and setting the standard for safety, service, and performance.
