Responsibilities

• Instruct 4-year-old children based on their individual needs and the requirements of the program.
• Follow all licensing guidelines, company standards, and grant program requirements to ensure the daily care of every child in your classroom.
• Develop your ability to accurately observe, assess, and plan for children, as well as effectively communicate with families.
• Implement curriculum while creating fun, interactive learning experiences for the children.

Requirements

• Absolutely must have an Associate’s degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, or a related field.
• Experience in a licensed childcare center or related field is required.
• The ability to meet state requirements for education and our center requirements is necessary.
• Able to work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activity with children is essential.
