Responsibilities
- Instruct 4-year-old children based on their individual needs and the requirements of the program.
- Follow all licensing guidelines, company standards, and grant program requirements to ensure the daily care of every child in your classroom.
- Accurately observe, assess, and plan for children, and effectively communicate with families.
- Implement curriculum while creating fun, interactive learning experiences for the children.
Requirements
- Associates in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, or related field.
- Experience in a licensed childcare center or related field.
- The ability to meet state requirements for education and our center requirements.
- Able to work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activity with children.
