Responsibilities

• Instruct 4-year-old children based on their individual needs and the program requirements.
• Accurately observe, assess, and plan for children, and effectively communicate with families.
• Implement curriculum while creating fun, interactive learning experiences for the children.

Requirements

• Associates in Early Childhood Education, Child Development or related field.
• Experience in a licensed childcare center or related field.
• The ability to meet state and center requirements, including education and physical activity.

Qualifications

• Passionate about preparing children for Kindergarten and beyond.
• Energetic, dependable, and open-hearted.

Skills

• Caring and follow licensing guidelines, company standards, and grant program requirements.
• Engaged in developing observation, assessment, and planning skills, and effective communication with families.
• Knowledgeable in child care, preschool, and development topics through extensive training.
• Creative in implementing curriculum and creating fun, interactive learning experiences.
