Responsibilities

• Advise on mergers and acquisitions
• Lead multiple engagements while managing client relationships and developing team members
• Work closely with clients to identify state tax risks and opportunities throughout the transaction lifecycle
• Combine strong SALT technical knowledge with transaction advisory

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Tax, or related field required
• CPA, JD, LLM, or other relevant professional credential required
• 8+ years of public accounting, consulting, or corporate tax experience
• Minimum 5 years of specialized State & Local Tax experience
