What your day-to-day might look like
- Develop and execute strategies that support regional and corporate goals.
- Build a clear commercial vision for the market, identify growth opportunities, strengthen customer and channel partner relationships, and ensure the team is focused on the right mix of near-term and long-term opportunities.
- Own the financial plan for the business, including revenue, gross profit, cash, and EBITDA performance.
- Lead through others by building, mentoring, and developing high-performing teams.
- Drive execution excellence by staying close to the work, including visiting projects, building relationships with teams and clients, developing first-hand visibility into project performance, and helping ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget.
- Shape and reinforce RES' culture by modeling core values, promoting transparency, strengthening teamwork, encouraging accountability, and supporting strong recruiting, onboarding, and employee development practices.
What will make you stand out
- Experience leading a multi-state or multi-market business.
- Strong understanding of environmental restoration, mitigation, water resources, ecological restoration, regulatory drivers, construction delivery, or related markets.
- Proven success developing high-performing teams and future leaders.
- Experience managing both commercial growth and operational execution in a project-based business.
- A track record of building trust with clients, partners, regulators, and internal teams.
