STAT Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) $40-$45/hr

About the role

As a STAT LPN with BAYADA, you'll become part of our highest skilled nursing team, helping clients as they transition home from the hospital and filling last-minute openings.

Responsibilities

• Become the first friendly face that puts new admission clients at ease right from the start.
• Ensure each client's needs are met according to their care plan, all while delivering personalized one-on-one nursing attention at home.
• Work closely with your Clinical Managers to deliver hands-on care, including assessments, monitoring, and documentation of observations, interventions, and evaluations.
• Travel to your client's home, stay there for the full shift, and follow up with doctors' orders.

Qualifications

• Active New Jersey LPN license in good standing
• CPR Certified
• Willingness to work across market service area (Bergen, Passaic, & Hudson County)
• Willingness to work with all ages (Infant through Geriatric)
• Willingness to work in all private duty settings (In-Home & In-School)
• One year of skilled nursing experience
• Hands-on infant, pediatric, and adult tracheostomy and ventilator experience
• Commitment to a minimum of two twelve-hour shifts per week
• Commitment to work one weekend per month
