Startup Co-Founder (Cybersecurity, Fintech, Insurtech, Regtech, Web3)

About the role

Wolver Launcher is a 10-week program designed for entrepreneurs and entrepreneurs-to-be who are ready to commit to founding a company. It pairs you with a committed, qualified co-founder team and provides real investor access.

Responsibilities

• Find co-founders and create a team with complementary skills and similar values.
• Define and shape a business idea that is scalable and not easily replicable.
• Develop a successful MVP (minimum viable product) to capture your first clients and prove market traction.
• Get a live demo to Gentech Fund's investing GPs at Demo Day, with continued support as you build toward your first product and clients.

Requirements

• You have 8+ years of leadership experience in Sales, Marketing & Strategy, Product/Operations, or Finance.
• You are ready to found a company as a real commitment, not a side project.
• You are building or want to build in cybersecurity, fintech, insurtech, regtech, or web3.
• You are open to co-founding with someone based in a different city.
• You are in career transition—leaving corporate or another startup venture, ready to make the leap.
• You are fluent in English.

Qualifications

• You are not looking for a part-time or exploratory experience.
• You are not seeking a guaranteed check—funding is earned through traction built after Demo Day, not on the day itself.
• You cannot commit at least 15 hours a week for 10 weeks.

Skills

• Leadership experience in Sales, Marketing & Strategy, Product/Operations, or Finance.
• Ready to commit to founding a company as a real life decision.
• Experience in cybersecurity, fintech, insurtech, regtech, or web3.
• Open to co-founding with someone based in a different city.
• In career transition—leaving corporate or another startup venture, ready to make the leap.
• Fluent in English.
