About the role

ProRecruiters is seeking an Account Manager to join a growing and dynamic team!

Responsibilities

• Serve as a primary point of contact between customers and internal departments.
• Provide customers with order status, production updates, and delivery information.
• Follow customer projects and orders from initiation through completion.
• Maintain positive customer relationships through timely communication and effective issue resolution.
• Accurately track project and customer information throughout the entire process.
• Coordinate with Engineering, Production, Quality, and Shipping to support on-time delivery.
• Monitor production schedules and material movement throughout the manufacturing process.
• Support planning activities that improve efficiency, quality, and delivery performance.
• Maintain accurate documentation and tracking information in Excel and internal systems.
• Assist with supplier communication, material availability, and procurement activities.
• Support discussions involving raw materials, pricing, and supplier agreements.
• Help maintain supplier relationships that support production and customer requirements.

Requirements

• 2 years of customer service experience in a manufacturing environment required.
• Experience working with spreadsheets, databases, ERP systems, and manufacturing data.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; Business, supply chain, or related education preferred.
• ERP experience required or strongly preferred, with Epicor experience highly desirable.
• Procurement experience is a plus.
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills, including experience with pivot tables.
• Aerospace manufacturing experience strongly preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, customer specifications, and production documentation required.
• Professional customer service and communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced, high-volume manufacturing environment.
• Strong attention to detail and follow-through.
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds.

Pay

Starting at $24/hour (Depending on experience)
