Requirements

• Previous managerial experience is preferred, ideally within a restaurant, retail or hospitality environment.
• You must be 18 years or older to be a manager in our corporate owned and operated restaurants.

Qualifications

• Possess a positive attitude and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Have a flexible schedule that can accommodate the demands of a shift-based role.

Skills

• Strong leadership and management skills.
• Ability to delegate tasks effectively.
• Experience in areas such as training, food safety, and inventory management is beneficial.
