About the role
Work closely with retail shoppers to recommend Starlink residential and mobile internet products.
Ensure customers have an interactive and informative shopping experience.
Build relationships within a retail environment and explain the benefits of Starlink satellite internet.
Responsibilities
- Showcase the latest Starlink services and help customers see how they can enhance their internet needs.
- Build trust by understanding customer needs and confidently recommending the perfect Starlink service.
- Represent Starlink and 2020 Companies with professionalism and a welcoming approach.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the team's success.
- Partner with retail sales associates and leaders, share knowledge, and contribute to a positive and productive work environment.
- Track customer interactions, feedback, and sales electronically.
- Adapt to local retail store environments, respect established hierarchies, and adhere to all operational policies.
- Work weekends (primarily Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays).
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum of six months of experience in sales, electronics, retail, telecom, or marketing.
- The ability to engage, demonstrate, and engage customers in the sales process.
- Excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Impeccable integrity and a genuine commitment to exceeding customer expectations.
- Fast-paced team environment.
- Own a smartphone with the current Apple iOS software or current Android software.
- Reliable transportation to arrive on time for scheduled visits.

Pay
- $18/hr. base pay.
- Up to $4/hr. performance bonus.
- Total: Up to $22/hr. earning potential.
Schedule
- 16-20 hours per week.
- Friday to Sunday availability required.
