STARBUCKS SUPERVISOR

About the Role

The Shift Supervisor assists the Manager and Assistant Manager during their scheduled shift and is responsible for running the outlet in their absence. This role supports Counter Attendants during busy periods, trains new Team Members, and delegates tasks to ensure fast, friendly, and courteous service in the Marketplace at Graton Resort & Casino.

Responsibilities

• Practice, support, and promote Graton Resort & Casino's Company-wide culture and Service Standards.
• Understand and follow all policies and procedures, suggesting and initiating improvements as needed.
• Maintain a calm demeanor during high-volume periods or events to uphold operational standards and set a positive example for the team.
• Anticipate guest and outlet needs by evaluating the environment and guest cues.
• Foster a cooperative working climate to maximize productivity and Team Member morale.
• Deliver exceptional guest service during each shift.
• Follow health, safety, and sanitation guidelines.
• Establish and maintain par levels for products, supplies, and equipment.
• Conduct pre-shift huddles with the team to review pertinent daily information.
• Respond to and resolve guest concerns in a timely and efficient manner.
• Assist with month-end inventory.
