ALL ABOUT FOOD & BEVERAGE

• Ensures product is fresh, in stock, available and accurately priced and signed on the sales floor
• Experts of operations, process and efficiency
• Leadership in food and food services including replenishment, inventory accuracy, food safety, presentation, pricing and promotional signing processes for all Food and Beverage areas of the store

REQUIREMENTS

• Knowledge of guest service fundamentals and experience building a guest first culture in Starbucks
• Ability to provide a consistent Starbucks experience for guests by curating handcrafted Starbucks' products
• Experience with food quality and freshness management
• Knowledge of state and federal food safety and OSHA guidelines

SKILLS

• Knowledge of guest service fundamentals and experience building a guest first culture in Starbucks

• Previous Starbucks/food service experience preferred, but not required
• Welcoming and helpful attitude toward guests and other team members
• Ability to communicate on multiple frequency devices and operate handheld scanners, and other technology equipment as directed
• Work both independently and with a team
• Resolve guest questions quickly on the spot
• Attention to detail and follow a multi-step processes
• Capability to remain focused and composed in a fast-paced environment and accomplish multiple tasks within established timeframes
