Responsibilities

• Verify cash balance at the beginning and end of shift.
• Operate cash register; accept cash and credit cards.
• Advise lead cashier on need for cash mid-days and complete change requests, per established procedures.
• Set up the venue, stock, clean, organize, and maintain a clean, sanitized food service area.
• Process guests’ food and beverage orders and upsell products.
• Follow all food proper portioning procedures to maintain cost.
• Promote and provide extraordinary guest service for both internal and external guests; answer questions, offer information, and provide assistance in a courteous manner.
• Understand and demonstrate the proper use of safety practices and ensure department standards are maintained and safety policies for the Park upheld.
• Balance cash drawers at the beginning and end of each shift, with a strong emphasis on accuracy, integrity, and adherence to established cash-handling procedures.
• Provide excellent customer service by assisting guests with inquiries, resolving complaints, and addressing concerns related to cash transactions while maintaining a high level of professionalism.
• Collaborate with team members and management to ensure a compliant, efficient, and secure cash-handling process in line with company policies and legal requirements.
• Monitor and maintain a safe and secure environment for both team members and guests of all ages, following all company guidelines and protocols.
• Identify, de-escalate, and resolve conflicts or disturbances professionally and effectively to maintain a positive atmosphere.
• Provide a positive and welcoming experience for guests of all ages while maintaining composure during difficult interactions.
• Maintain a high level of trust and integrity to promote a safe, secure, and welcoming environment for customers and colleagues of all ages.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Prior Barista experience preferred.

Pay

$20 per hour.
