Starbucks Barista

About the Role

As a Barista, you will be provided with the skills and products to make the customer’s day memorable. You’ll create memorable experiences through favorite beverages, new and exciting pastry and food offerings, merchandise, and unique whole beans, combined with engaged service. Your role ensures customers have a great experience each time they visit.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve Starbucks beverages and food items.
• Engage with customers to provide exceptional service and create a welcoming atmosphere.
• Learn and master product knowledge, including coffee, tea, and delectable desserts.
• Contribute to a positive and inclusive work environment for both customers and fellow associates.
• Take pride in your work, whether big or small, and uphold Starbucks’ standards.
