About the role
The Assistant Manager is responsible for supporting the Store Manager in managing all aspects of the store, including brand, people, operations, and safety.
Responsibilities
Brands: Supervise and plan associate activities to deliver exceptional customer experiences, aligning with both in-store and online sales goals.
People: Engage, train, and develop teams to achieve business objectives, manage team performance, and foster a positive workplace culture.
Operations: Ensure compliance with company processes, utilize digital strategies, manage inventory, and handle payroll and scheduling.
Safety/Loss Prevention: Maintain a safe store environment, protect company assets, and ensure compliance with safety protocols.
Requirements
High School Diploma or equivalent
At least 18 years of age
Minimum 3+ years retail sales/customer service experience
At least 1+ year(s) prior management experience
Ability to lead or support a team of associates
Effective communication skills
Scheduling availability to meet business needs
Cosmetology license desirable but not required
