Stand-Up Forklift Driver

About the role

Join our team at Marshalls Distribution Center in El Paso, Texas, as a General Warehouse Associate. You’ll operate mechanical devices, including standing forklifts, standing double forks, and turret stock pickers, following in-house certification. This role involves loading and offloading materials, ensuring safe transport of products, and adhering to quality, environmental, health, and safety procedures.

Available shifts:

• A Shift: Monday–Thursday, 5:00 AM–3:30 PM
• B Shift: Friday–Sunday, 5:00 AM–5:30 PM
• C Shift: Monday–Thursday, 4:00 PM–2:30 AM

Responsibilities

• Operate lifting devices such as lift beams, standing forklifts, standing double forks, and turret stock pickers.
• Load and offload materials onto and off pallets, skids, and vehicles.
• Safely and securely transport products to designated areas.
• Comply with quality, environmental, health, and safety procedures.
• Verify quality descriptions of merchandise before moving.
• Count, select, and sort objects such as totes, boxes, merchandise, or other items.
• Match receipts against purchase orders.
• Ticket merchandise with gum labels, ticketing guns, or pin tickets.
• Pack or unpack merchandise and seal boxes for shipping.
• Manually handle objects up to 10 lbs. constantly, up to 50 lbs. frequently, and up to 60 lbs. occasionally.
• Work in other warehouse areas as needed.

Pay

Starting pay is $16.50 per hour plus a $1.00 hourly premium. Additional shift differentials and production-based incentives may apply.
