About the role
The Stand Lead is responsible for overseeing assigned locations, including stand workers, ensuring cleanliness, efficient stock ordering, accurate paperwork, and maintaining a professional appearance.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate stand workers, assigning duties and resolving issues.
- Analyze and resolve problems with assistance from supervisors and managers.
- Oversee and participate in stand set-up and closing procedures.
- Ensure work stations and storerooms are clean and adequately stocked.
- Order replacement stock from the warehouse as needed.
- Complete necessary paperwork, such as stand sheets.
- Ensure accuracy of location banks, opening and closing inventory, product transfers, spoilage, and employee meals on an event basis.
- Maintain a pleasant and collaborative attitude towards customers, co-workers, and management.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.

- Prior experience as a food service worker or concessions stand worker preferred.
