About the role

The Stampings Line Setup & Die Changeover Specialist is responsible for setting up stamping lines and changing dies efficiently to meet production schedules. This role requires strong mechanical aptitude and familiarity with stamping processes.

Responsibilities

• Set up and configure stamping lines according to production requirements.
• Perform die changeovers safely and efficiently, ensuring minimal downtime.
• Monitor and maintain equipment to ensure optimal performance and safety.
• Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot issues and improve process efficiency.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in stamping or related field.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to read blueprints and technical drawings.
• Proficiency in using common tools and equipment used in stamping operations.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
