Job Summary
The Stagehand primary responsibility of this position is to maintain order during events so that everyone in attendance may enjoy the event.Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Greets guests on arrival and regards on departure in a warm and inviting manner
- Interacts with guests to maintain great guest relations and provide opportunities for loyalty
- Communicates to management in a timely fashion any guest compliments or complaints
- Affixes to loading and unloading equipment as needed
- Be knowledgeable of venue layout
- Performs other related duties as assigned

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented and thorough with strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work under stress in a fast-paced environment
Education and Experience
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Physical Requirements & Working Conditions
- The employee is required to stand for the duration of the shift
- While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to sit or stand; walk; use hands to finger reach, handle, or feel objects, tools, or controls; reach with hands and arms; climb or balance; stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl; and talk or hear
- The employee may be required to work long hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays
- The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate to loud
- The work environment may vary in levels of crowds, noise, and smoke, depending on the assigned station and customer volume
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs
