About the role

CONSULTYS, a Life Sciences engineering consulting firm, is recruiting a future Business Engineer / Business Manager (M/F) for an internship at our Normandy agency in Louviers (27). Under the supervision of your manager, you will contribute to the company's growth.

Responsibilities

• Develop a client portfolio with a growth objective:
  • Build your client portfolio: identify and prospect target accounts in the Life Sciences sector, schedule appointments
  • Identify client needs and challenges in relation to Consultys's expertise and propose appropriate technical solutions
  • Participate in sales and negotiation phases
  • Co-build contractual offers, commercial proposals for technical assistance, fixed-price contracts, and structured offerings
• Recruit the future talents of tomorrow (in collaboration with our recruitment team):
  • Source profiles best suited to the company's activities
  • Conduct telephone and in-person interviews

Qualifications

• Currently in your final year of studies at an Engineering School or Business School, seeking your end-of-studies internship (PFE)
• Interest in business development
• Curious, persistent, proactive, and able to make proposals
• Strong interpersonal skills and active listening abilities to contribute to the company's growth
• Desire to develop entrepreneurial capabilities
• Knowledge of Life Sciences professions is a plus

Internship available starting January 2027. Possibility of transitioning to a permanent contract afterward.
