Job Duties
- Support recruitment efforts for hospitality and retail business units and other entities across the organization.
- Post and maintain job openings on job boards, social media, and internal systems.
- Review applications and assist with candidate screening activities.
- Coverage of interview scheduling and communication between candidates and hiring managers.
- Conduct introductory phone screens for entry-level and hourly positions.
- Maintain candidate communication throughout the hiring process.
- Prepare and extend employment offers in partnership with Human Resources and hiring managers.
- Respond to general applicant questions regarding positions, hiring timelines, and offer details.
- Aid in interview coordination and candidate follow-up.
- Candidate Experience & Communication
- Provide professional and timely communication to applicants throughout the hiring process.
- Aid in onboarding instructions, scheduling, and required documentation.
- Support a positive and welcoming experience for candidates and new hires.
- Onboarding & Administrative Support
- Aid in onboarding coordination and new hire paperwork preparation.
- Support preemployment processes including background checks and drug screens.
- Maintain accurate recruitment records and applicant tracking system (ATS) updates.
- Prepare hiring documents, reports, and recruitment-related correspondence.
- Aid in maintaining organized hiring and onboarding files.
- Staffing Outreach & Recruitment Support
- Aid in recruitment, advertising, and hiring event preparation for hospitality and retail operations.
- Participate in job fairs, community events, and recruiting activities as assigned.
- Aid in employer branding efforts through recruitment materials and outreach initiatives.
- Help maintain recruiting content on hiring platforms and social media channels.
- Compliance & Process Support
- Maintain confidentiality of applicant and employee information.
- Support compliance with federal, state, tribal, and local employment laws and policies.
- Follow established recruitment procedures and onboarding processes.
- Aid in continuous improvement of recruiting and onboarding workflows.

Required Education and Experience
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- 12 years of administrative, Human Resources, or recruiting experience required.
- Experience coordinating schedules, maintaining records, or supporting office operations preferred.
Preferred Education and Experience
- Associate degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Communications, or related field preferred.
- Experience supporting recruiting or onboarding activities.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) or HR software.
- Experience recruiting or supporting hiring efforts within hospitality, retail, or high-volume staffing environments preferred.
- Experience supporting tribal enterprises or working within tribal communities.
Supervisory Responsibility
- This position does not have supervisory responsibilities.
Travel Requirements
- Some travel is expected to business units, job fairs, tribal events, and recruiting functions.
Work Environment
- This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, scanners, and printers.
Physical Demands
- Mobility & Travel: Ability to sit or stand for extended periods.
- Reliable transport to travel to local business units, job fairs, and tribal community events.
- Communication: Frequently required to talk and hear/listen to conduct high-volume phone screens and interact with candidates.
- Manual Dexterity: Regular use of computers, keyboards, and standard office equipment to manage applications and onboarding paperwork.
- Lifting: Ability to occasionally lift and carry up to 25 pounds of recruitment materials, banners, and supplies for hiring events.
- Vision: Clear close vision required for viewing computer screens and reading legal/hiring documents.
Position Type/Expected Hours of Work
- This is a Full-time, Non-Exempt position with a minimum of 40 hours per week expected. The days of work are primarily Monday-Friday, during the hours of operation from 8:00 – 4:30PM. Must attend all mandatory meetings and participate in trainings.
