Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver day-to-day support for plant manufacturing and business applications, especially Camstar, ONEMES, and in-house systems.
  • Diagnose, investigate, and resolve application incidents to minimize production downtime.
  • Develop and modify application functionality using C# and Python, leveraging Visual Studio.
  • Analyze workflows and business processes to recommend and implement system enhancements.
  • Create and maintain technical documentation, support procedures, and user training materials.
  • Adhere to established SOPs, change control, and QA/testing practices.
  • Cook up and interpret SQL queries for troubleshooting and data validation in Oracle and SQL Server environments.
  • Coordinate with IT, engineering, and operations teams to prioritize and resolve issues.
  • Participate in an on-call rotation and provide off-hours support for critical events.
