STAFFING EXPEDITOR
Short Description
Participates in the day to day activities and the work flow of the Staffing Office. Acts as a liaison between the Nurse Directors and Nurse Supervisors. Works with staff on their schedules. Assists in the onboarding of new staff and travelers for scheduling. Completes daily staff documentation in SharePoint. Calls staff to fill openings as needed. Balances scheduling. Reviews overall schedules daily for future needs. Updates schedule on a daily basis with callouts, pulls, switches, and sitters. etc. Enters upcoming schedules in Clarvia system. Completes Travel Agency invoices. Updates payroll Kronos system on a daily basis. Documents all Nursing Admin floating in Kronos for all floors.
Experience Required
- Previous experience with staff scheduling or related experience preferred.
- Computer skills required.
- Excel experience required.
Education Requirements
- A High School Diploma or GED is required.
Special Requirements
- Part time.
