Responsibilities

• Coordinating caregiver schedules and client care needs
• Matching caregivers with appropriate client assignments
• Managing daily schedule changes and staffing needs
• Communicating with caregivers, clients, families, and office staff
• Supporting caregiver recruiting and onboarding
• Welcoming and assisting new caregivers
• Keeping schedules and staffing information accurate and up to date
• Helping maintain smooth daily office operations

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older
• Valid driver's license, insurance, and reliable transportation
• Available Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–5:00 PM
• Able to commute to our Luzerne, PA office
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Organized, dependable, and detail-oriented
• Comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced environment
• Willing to learn and grow
• Staffing, scheduling, recruiting, or home care experience is a plus, but not required
• Team player who enjoys helping others and keeping things organized
