About the role

Performs the staffing functions and activities for the department/unit. Assists in maintenance of accurate staffing levels for clinical and support personnel. Articulates a variance staffing report on a monthly basis. Oversees and maintains the accuracy of information in the scheduling system. Manages daily maintenance of payroll.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year previous staffing experience, healthcare setting preferred.
• Excellent organization skills.
• Ability to prioritize and work independently.
• Working knowledge of microcomputers, with willingness to expand this knowledge.
• Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal communication skills.

Qualifications

• High School, Cert, GED, Trn, Exper.

Pay

Estimated pay range for this position is $18.87 - $23.96 / hour depending on experience.
