River Oaks Hospital (a UHS Affiliated Hospital), located in metropolitan New Orleans, Louisiana, is a private psychiatric facility for adults, adolescents and children. Responsibilities
- The Staffing Coordinator will provide effective daily staffing for the nursing department and review assignments with nursing management.
- The Staffing Coordinator will assist with processing PTO requests and ensuring coverage for employees taking PTO to include processing calls-ins/absences to ensure coverage.
- Assists in correcting/editing staff time in UKG system.

Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor's Degree in Business or related field required.
- Experience: Minimum of two (2) years' experience in a hospital with staffing/scheduling responsibilities for all shifts for clinical and nursing personnel; will consider business office and/or human resources experience, preferably in a health care setting.
- Additional Requirements: May be required to work occasional overtime, weekends and/or flexible hours.
