Responsibilities
- Serve as liaison between Nurse Management and nursing staff members regarding schedules
- Aid the Director of Nursing in creating and organizing schedules for all nursing staff
- Communicate scheduling changes to nursing staff
- Review time off requests and adjust/coordinate schedules as needed
- Maintain detailed staffing records & documentation
Qualifications
- High school graduate or equivalent
- Previous experience scheduling Nurse Staff, preferably in a skilled nursing facility
- Strong ability to multitask in high-stressed environments
- Excellent organization skills and accuracy with details
- Effective communication skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Proven ability to react quickly in emergency staffing situations
